HR Executive

Responsibilities

  • Maintain recruitment portal and shortlisting of candidates
  • Creating job descriptions, advertising on all job platforms, and handling the full recruitment process
  • Reviewing CVs, shortlisting candidates, and assisting in the recruitment process
  • Handling end-to-end process of staff onboarding and offboarding
  • Assist with MOM pass renewal and process work pass application
  • Process monthly payroll and generate payroll report
  • Process Income Tax submissions for IR21 and IR8A
