HR Executive
Responsibilities
Maintain recruitment portal and shortlisting of candidates
Creating job descriptions, advertising on all job platforms, and handling the full recruitment process
Reviewing CVs, shortlisting candidates, and assisting in the recruitment process
Handling end-to-end process of staff onboarding and offboarding
Assist with MOM pass renewal and process work pass application
Process monthly payroll and generate payroll report
Process Income Tax submissions for IR21 and IR8A
Maintain records and compile reports such as recruitment, attendance, leave, etc.
Administer training-related matters including coordination or enrolment of internal & external courses, update & maintain training records, etc.
Be the first point of contact for employee’s inquiries on HR-related matters and assist their inquiries
Provide support on other HR matters and ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Diploma in Human Resources or relevant qualifications.
Minimum 3 years of work experience in an HR generalist role
Experience in the retail beauty industry will be added advantage
Good knowledge of MS Office - Excel and PowerPoint
Good knowledge of employment law, HR Policies, and best practices
Strong interpersonal communication (both written and verbal)

Project managing from conceptualization, design to creating and development plans with timeline, financial projection to implementation of the projects.
Liaise with designer, contractor and internal stakeholder to ensure smooth implementation of project in accordance with timeline.
Manage project expenses in accordance with budget,
Attending related events such as exhibitions and conferences to gain insight on market trends, new products and technology.

Requirements
A Diploma in Business, Marketing or any related discipline with at least 5 years of practical experience in a dynamic Retail Sales environment, in a managerial position.
Proven working experience as a business development manager or a relevant role, preferably in a beauty and skincare industry.
Strong in Project management, Sales and Communication skills, Strategic and Analytical thinking skills, Problem Solving and Decision-Making skills.
Strong communication with can-do attitude, complemented by the capability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook and familiar with retail Point of Sales system.

Requirements
Relevant sales training experience in the beauty and skincare industry
Relevant beauty and training certificates
